Be faithful to the Community by being present as often as possible on calls, in sessions, and in any Community events.

Be Responsible & Accountable

This community encourages self-empowerment and personal growth. Remember, the primary person responsible for your experience here is you.  We hold ourselves accountable for our own personal behaviors, routines and rhythms.

Be Honest & Authentic

We commit to being truthful in our speech and conduct and to always bringing our authentic selves to the community.

Be Curious

Choose curiosity over judgment.  Create a safe place for being with emotions and questions – yours and others.  Listen rather than fix.  Ask questions rather than give easy answers. Learn to be comfortable with silence, both in your own self and in the Community.

Be Inclusive & Hospitable

Welcome others by respecting and valuing the diversity of beliefs and convictions, religious practice, and life-shaping experiences that may be different from yours.  We champion the dignity of all individuals and respect diversity of religious and spiritual backgrounds, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity.  Please be sensitive to making comments or references to church or denominational affiliations, political agendas, or gender biases, etc.

Be Respectful

Show openness and respect to others in all communications.  Speak the truth with love and grace.  Be committed to speaking with each other and with the facilitator(s) when a misunderstanding or offense takes place, in order to encourage full participation in the Community.  Our space is for constructive and respectful discussions. We welcome robust conversations, but expect them to be conducted in a spirit of support and growth, not negativity or aggression.

Be Positive

Engage actively by introducing yourself, sharing achievements, asking questions, and providing insights. We foster a community of support and authenticity. Refrain from negative comments during sessions and in the online forum.

Be Resourceful

Before posting a query, check if the information is already available within the community resources. Respect others' time by not using the group as your personal information source.

Be Polite

Network and connect respectfully. Do not send unsolicited private messages, share links, or make sales pitches without explicit permission.
